We’re genuinely sorry to see you leaving Zoop Wallet. Your presence has been valued, and your trust in us has meant a great deal. Before you proceed with deleting your account, we want you to know that we’re here for you. Your data has been in safe hands, and your privacy has always been our top priority.

If there’s anything that hasn’t met your expectations or if you have feedback that could help us improve, we’d love to hear from you. Your insights are invaluable to us as we strive to make Zoop Wallet the best it can be.

Deleting Your Account

If you still wish to proceed with deleting your Zoop Wallet account, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Zoop Wallet app using your registered phone number and OTP.
  2. Navigate to the Menu section and select “Security.”
  3. Click on “Delete Account” and follow the prompts to approve the deletion.

Data Deletion Policy

Upon requesting account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems. However, certain non-personal data will be retained for operational purposes:

  • Application Logs
  • Audit Logs

Recovery Period

Your personal data will be retained for a period of 90 days. During this time, you have the option to recover your account by logging in again. After 90 days, all your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Types of Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following types of personal data will be permanently removed:

  • Profile information
  • Documents and their metadata
  • Share logs
  • Family member folder information
  • Support chats and tickets
  • Event data
